Art of Kitchens had much to celebrate in Melbourne last weekend after winning the Australian Designer of the Year and the President’s Award at the Cabinet Makers and Designers Association Awards (CMDA).

This stunning kitchen was entered in the ‘Kitchen over $60k’ category and went on to win the overall award. David Bartlett, Director of Art of Kitchens was delighted with the outcome, “a combination of creative design and flawless joinery made it possible to use diverse materials such as stainless steel, reclaimed timbers, marble and mirrors alongside integrated state-of-the-art kitchen appliances to turn the industrial space into a stunning, individual kitchen”.

Commenting on the kitchen, MC Shaynna Blaze from the Lifestyle Channel said: “for me, the highlight of this industrial style masterpiece was the bronze-dipped stainless steel and mirrored tiles – a chic, vibrant finishing touch to their timeless design.”
