A culture of design, craftsmanship and apprenticeship
Art of Kitchens was founded by David Bartlett in 1988. A qualified carpenter and licensed builder, David originally honed his craft working for leading Sydney homebuilders and architects on projects of every scale and type. Today David is proud of the highly skilled and cohesive team he has built, attributing this to an approach he believes in of employing apprentices and developing them into qualified trades people.

While we’re specialists in kitchen design, we also employ experienced designers and cabinet makers with an eye for detail who can design and build not only kitchen joinery, but also joinery for laundries, outdoor kitchens, wardrobes, living room, study, cellars as well as any other joinery you may need for the home.
