We will not exceed the agreed budget. Our HIA governed contract dictates we cannot. We know with such an important and complex project there may be changes needed during the project, so we want to be as flexible as possible to accommodate revisions. Should you decide you want to expand the scope of your project once it’s underway, we provide you a written quote and the additions can commence once you have agreed on the additional costs.
