Tired of their former dark and pokey kitchen, the owners of this Cremorne kitchen enlisted the help of Art of Kitchens to brighten up the living space. This was achieved in a number of ways, most notably through the addition of an innovative custom-made splashback that runs the length of the cooking bench illuminating the space in natural light.

Keeping with a clean, streamlined look, we opted for handle-free cabinetry with a mirror horizontal shadowlines between each drawer and matching mirror kickboards. The kitchen appears incredible sunny and has an almost light floating feel.

Storage was another major design consideration. In addition to the abundance of roomy drawers and cupboards dotted throughout the space, the kitchen also incorporates a number of integrated storage options. Twin wine refrigerators placed under the large island bench for easy access and a cleverly concealed laundry add to the minimalist appearance of the area. From an unattractive area to a stylish entertaining feature of the home, this kitchen has it all.
