Art of Kitchens designed this Dural kitchen as part of a larger space. With highly polished ironbark floors continued throughout the whole space, the kitchen flows onto the adjoining dining area, giving the room a distinctly uniform appearance.

The open-plan layout plays host to a range of innovative features including Aventos lift-up cabinets, a number of easy-access drawers as well as a roomy walk-in pantry. A unique wine rack has also been built into the cabinetry alongside the refrigerator, providing the perfect place for the owners to display their impressive collection of wine.

At the owners’ request, Art of Kitchens opted for a neutral palette installed Vivid White polyurethane gloss cabinetry and a sizeable island bench with a durable Basmati essa stone top, Brushed aluminium kickboards and stainless-steel handles complement the white décor, while the taupe-coloured Java Dusk Glass Starphire splashback is illuminated by artfully positioned halogen down lights for a dazzling effect.

Art of Kitchens has successfully created a modern-looking kitchen that was also designed with a family in mind. Although the space boasts a minimalistic aesthetic, the kitchen reflects the family’s lifestyle with lots of casual seating provided around the island bench so the children can do their homework while the owners are busy cooking the family meal.
